“Using the same tool will lead us to the same results.” In this workshop, we’ll break that cycle by exploring new ways to apply paint and express yourself through brushwork. You’ll learn how to control and vary brush types, paint consistency, and pressure to create dynamic textures and marks. Taught using both acrylics and oils, this session is ideal for artists who want to push their boundaries, refine their technique, and infuse their work with energy and emotion.
Materials:
Please bring your preferred painting surface (canvas, canvas paper, or panel), a selection of acrylic or oil paints, a variety of brushes, palette, palette knife, and any other tools you enjoy using. A full materials list will be provided upon registration.
