Lance will help you begin to "See and Make."
See, anticipate what might happen and Make a photograph using your own vision and creativity.
Of course we'll review many of the images, techniques, and stories from a variety of the world's well-known photographers, but you'll also learn about some lesser-known people who have brought the genre of Street Photography further, in this time when the definition can be expanding and contracting at the same time.
Lance will share the tips and secrets he's developed over the years making award-winning images and working for publications and organizations around the world. He'll discuss his own experiences in the streets and help you build your skills to adapt and innovate while photographing in varied situations.
Each day will include:
~ A lively discussion on the topic of Street Photography
~ A Gear Guide session to geek out on shutter speeds and apertures, cameras and lenses
~ A Walking Workshop guided photo walk to different areas of St. Pete
~ Individual time for discovering your own surprises in the city
~ Review, group feedback and constructive critique session.
