This Introduction workshop is the perfect way to start your yoga practice! You will learn the basic principles and get familiar with different styles of yoga. After the workshop, you will receive personal advice about with which yoga classes to start.

During the workshop, the following themes will be covered:
• Short introduction about the different styles of yoga
• Basic standing postures
• Sitting postures
• Sun salutations
• Basic breathing techniques
• Yin yoga

This workshop is suitable for everybody who wants to start their yoga journey in a safe way and through learning the basics which you can practice at home too.

The workshop is an introduction to the practical philosophy of yoga. You will learn about how to start working with the body as a tool for creating ease in the body and bringing clarity to the mind.
