The back lies at the heart of our balance. It supports our movements, accompanies our posture at work and during physical activity, and often reflects the tensions accumulated throughout the day.During this one-hour workshop, you are invited to take time to care for your back and explore one of the essential levers of self-regulation: breathing.
In a calm and intimate setting, fully dedicated to your well-being, you are guided through simple and accessible exercises, experienced lying down, seated, and standing. These practices support a better understanding of posture and encourage the release of tension.
The intention of this workshop is alignment and awareness:to develop a more refined body awareness, adjust everyday movements, and integrate small, conscious actions that sustainably support back comfort.
This workshop is designed for you if you wish to:
support your back health in daily life,
improve your posture,
better understand the impact of stress on the body,
cultivate a freer and more conscious breathing pattern.
At the end of the session, you receive access to a private online page, specially created to extend the experience. You will find the explanations and exercises practiced during the workshop, allowing you to revisit them at your own rhythm at home.
Each proposal is designed to adapt to your pace and individual comfort.
