This session is both a workshop and a longer deep breathwork journey. We will start with a workshop that explores various breathing patterns, synchronizing breath with movement, somatic bodywork and using voice to amplify inner experiences.
Participants will learn how to shift states of consciousness and consciously activate deeper processes within through synchronized breathing, breath holding and somatic movement. The workshop will use the body to enhance breathing patterns and attendees will also explore how to use voice and sound to enhance and release inner expressions, consciously addressing inner work when necessary.
Together we establish a safe ceremonial space to guide an inner journey, enhancing emotional and physical experiences for a deeper connection to the subconscious through guidance and music.
For who?
It is recommended that you have done at least a few breathwork sessions before attending this workshop. The workshop is designed to be a safe space to explore deeper breathwork experiences.
