This is the 2nd Workshop of the month! My intention for the Sunday evening is to create a more spacious flow; we’ll spend more time with each InterPlay form, allowing for a deeper exploration of what the form can offer.
This is a great chance for those who expressed interest in slowing down the pace of the forms. If you feel like more play this month, come along for a second session :) :)

If you are new to InterPlay and want to learn more, come join us! InterPlay is a body wisdom practice that uses simple & incremental forms based on movement, storytelling, voice, and stillness. By connecting more deeply with these aspects of ourselves, we explore embodiment, joy, and the creation of spontaneous art within the community.
