Workshop #2
Olkhaan Heritage Festival | Edition 3
Lippan (Mud work) Workshop with Giresh Parmar
Giresh Parmar is a master artisan who has been practicing Lippan since childhood — a traditional Gujarati art form historically used to decorate mud homes. He learned this intricate craft from his mother, who was herself a master practitioner.
Today, Giresh ji carries this legacy forward by thoughtfully adapting mud relief art into contemporary and luxury spaces, while preserving its cultural depth and traditional essence.
This workshop offers a rare opportunity to learn directly from a generational artisan and experience the tactile beauty of this heritage craft.
