Our August Works of Art auction features a tightly curated selection of museum quality works by New Zealand and international artists with blue-chip status.Entries include major works by New Zealand artists with superstar status, such as Michael Smither, Louise Henderson, Pat Hanly, Rita Angus, Julian Dashper, Gordon Walters, Marie Shannon, Peter Peryer, Fiona Pardington, Michael Parekowhai, Bill Hammond, Don Driver, and Colin McCahon. These are complemented by works from international blue-chip artists including Yayoi Kusama and Ed Ruscha.
Our Auckland preview evening will be held at the Webb's Gallery in Mount Eden on Tuesday 3 August, from 6-8pm.
Following the preview, the catalogue will be on view everyday until the auction which will be held on Monday 9 August at 6.30pm.
