Bethany is the visionary Founder and CEO behind OptiMe. With 15+ years in Health and Wellbeing Leadership and People Management, Bethany, a qualified Corporate Wellbeing Specialist, identified the need for high-level wellbeing support during business growth and personal challenges. Bethany established OptiMe to transform employee health and wellbeing. Her commitment led to national recognition, including the Susan Dobson Award for Entrepreneurship, David Goldman Prize for Innovation, and IoD North East & Yorkshire Director of the Year. Under Bethany’s leadership, OptiMe is devoted to guiding individuals and businesses towards greater health, happiness, and productivity.

Miss Menopause has been created to fill the void of educational services needed by women and their organisations as they reach menopause.
Most women will tell you that they had “the chat” to teach them what was about to happen to their bodies as they reached puberty. Sadly it is estimated less than 10% of companies across the UK are educating their workforce about menopause and the impact it could have.

Jamie Gamble – Partner at Ward Haddaway
Jamie is a partner in the Employment Team at Ward Hadaway and has specialised in employment law since 2002.
He acts predominantly for employers and advises a wide range of companies, public bodies and third sector organisations, providing pragmatic and commercial solutions where possible.
Jamie is experienced in handling claims in the Employment Tribunal and is an experienced advocate.
