We will kick off the work out with 40 minutes of boxing and strength work; led by lululemon Ambassador Tiffany Levy, and The Lab Creator Marcus Lowe II. Finish off with a restorative yoga flow led by Jhanel Marchand. Post workout mock tails will be provided by local company Bartherapy.
