About this Event
#F45DePaul invites you to a Workout on the Plaza! Swing by for a 30–45 minute cardio and resistance driven body weight workout, that will get your heart pumpin', and your body movin'!
Come with water, some electrolytes, and a yoga mat and get ready for some fun! We'll start with active stretching, and end with a cool down. Come a little early, and stay a little late to meet the incredible team of F45 coaches who are passionate about partnering with you as you reach for your health and wellness goals!
This class is part of Lincoln Park Health and Wellness Weekend. It’s more important than ever to find ways to stay fit and healthy, so step out into the neighborhood for the Lincoln Park Health & Wellness Weekend on Saturday, June 3 and Sunday, June 4. Please note, registration is required and limited. Class registration will close at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 2. If space is available, you can check-in onsite day-of.
