Workingman's Jed:Workingman’s Jed is a Grateful Dead tribute band from Northern New Jersey making their debut at Garcia's.
The members of Workingman's Jed share a common love for the Dead’s musical cannon, great jams, and beautiful multi-part vocal harmonies. The band strives to honor the original compositions through the members individual styles and musical experiences, to create something familiar, yet different and special. Their creativity and energy appeals to both the hard-core Dead head and casual fan alike and they have quickly become a popular Dead tribute act, playing packed venues and events throughout New Jersey since forming in 2018.
Members consist of Jed Goldstein (guitar/vocals), Jeff Arons (guitar vocals), Chad Dinzes (keys/vocals – and organist for Madison Square Garden sporting events), Carol Pena (percussion/vocals), John Chismar (drums), and Todd Larson (bass/vocals)
Whether you’ve been hundreds Dead shows, you only know a few tunes, or you just like getting down to musicians doing what they love, this is a show you certainly don’t want to miss.
