This workshop will focus on all the Autumn season has to offer, and how to embrace the increasing darkness.There'll be talks, discussion, journalling exercises and a guided meditation. We'll also be making an autumnal room spray.
Cost is £15. A £5 non refundable deposit is needed to secure your place with the balance due by 7 September.

**Autumn workshop **
Just wanted to let you know that I've changed the room spray part of this workshop to making an autumn leaf decoration.
If you see any fallen leaves that you like, or acorns, weather cones etc, then bring them along to the workshop. You may want to press the leaves beforehand
