Meet Rachel, an experienced social worker and the founder of the Sherwood Exchange. Learn everything from how to engage people effectively to how to read and respond to body language, diffuse tension and aggression, and listen to people and move them forward when they are struggling. Learn how to instigate 'solution focussed interventions' with people and to move people forward positively towards change and just about anything else you could possibly need to know about volunteering in the exchange or a future career in social care.
