About this Event
Have you ever carried the weight of workplace hurt—whether from bias, dismissal, or trauma—into the rest of your life? WorkHurt to Healing is a gathering designed to help women begin releasing those wounds, reclaiming their voices, and stepping toward wholeness.
Together, we’ll name the hurt, share our stories, and explore pathways to healing with practical strategies, guided exercises, and community dialogue. This is not a conference; it’s a living space to breathe, reflect, and leave with tools you can use right away.
You’ll connect with others who understand, gain wisdom from women leaders who’ve walked this road, and create your own next steps toward healing.
What to Expect
- Grounding & Emotional Awareness – guided breathwork and check-ins
- Defining “WorkHurt™” – naming workplace trauma and its impact
- Panel & Audience Stories – real experiences, real data
- Breakout Pathways – small group conversations on career, self-care, personal rebranding, and creative healing
- Call to Action – create a 30-day checklist and practical healing plan
You’ll leave with clarity, support, and a renewed sense of what healing can look like—personally and professionally.
