Have you ever wished you could pick the brains of teenagers looking to get into the manufacturing field and ask what they are looking for in an employer? Or ask a machining veteran what they most value in an employee? Well, this is your chance!
Partnering with VEGA and the Warren County Carreer Center, The TTMA is bringing you a multi-generational workforce panel! The evening will also include a presentation on the WCCC's trip to Germany to learn about their work based education system there, and tour of Vega's amazing facility.
