Vistry Partnerships are working with Homes England, Bristol City Council and Sovereign Housing Association to transform the former Blackberry Hill Hospital site and create 346 much-needed, high-quality new homes (including 100 affordable homes).
Many of the new homes are being built via an innovative modern method of construction – the SIG I-House – which means the homes can be built to high standards but in a much quicker timeframe than traditional construction methods. As well as new homes, the project will also create retail and start-up business units, a community building and extensive green spaces for the community to enjoy.
While anybody is welcome to apply for a space on this tour, as this site visit is part of the Workforce for the Future programme to support SMEs in the West of England we will prioritise those that fall into this category.
As such, places will be first come first served for SME’s. If you are not an SME and would like to attend, please apply and we will add you to the waiting list and notify you if a space becomes available.
