Are you looking for a fun, child friendly and FREE fitness class? Well search no longer!Thanks to DCO funding we are able to offer this fantastic FREE FITNESS CLASS to all Marilla Members and Defence Families.
Every Monday morning during school term time we will have an experienced PT running a mix of Metafit, Bootcamp but always fun fitness classes suitable for all fitness levels, come on down and achieve the fitness goals you have always strived for!
The classes are held outside but undercover so please dress for the weather, bring a water bottle and sweat towel.
