Work of Leaders for Women

Learn what executing a vision looks like at different levels of leadership and the behaviors that impact a leader’s effectiveness. Utilizing your personal DiSC® Work of Leaders assessment report, we will dive into your top three strengths and top three challenges and discuss how to improve in each area. At the end of this full day session you will have the opportunity to choose one of your challenge areas and write an action plan for improvement. Join us Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 5 p.m. for a welcome reception before this impactful day long session on Friday, February 7, 2025.
