You have to break the monotony of working from home!

Introducing our brand new Work and Dance program every Friday in Bethesda starting on 1/26.

Change your work environment, boost your creativity, and enjoy the benefits of a dance class—all under one roof!

• Each person gets either a small individual table or shares a larger table with a few other people.
• Everyone will have a place to plug in their laptop.
• Wifi is available
• We will split the studio in two rooms. One will be quiet for working people.
• Zoom calls will be possible there but others will be listening.
• We do have a third private room but it depends on availability. In other words, it will be first come first serve in that room. If It’s available you are welcome to use it.
• The dance class will happen during lunch hour and the music will be kept down as much as possible in case some people are working through lunch. We will change instructors and styles weekly but we will always offer 30 min for beginners and 30 minutes for intermediate students. Students can join both.
• We will encourage short movement breaks throughout the day. We will provide yoga mats, light weights, for people to break away for movement breaks on their own in the “dance room”.
• Keep in mind that we will have an optional charge of $10 for the day for unlimited coffee and + snack.
• We will end the day with a happy hour with music so people can dance and drinks will be at 20% off.
• The lobby area will be used throughout the day for break aways and mingling.
