THIS IS A 2-WEEK WORKSHOP. We will meet on Saturday, Jan 24 AND Jan 31.What can a Word of the Year do? It can:
• Bring clarity and focus to who we want to become or what we want to accomplish
• Help us stay motivated as we work toward our goals for the upcoming year
• Be a guide as we make decisions
• Serve as a gentle reminder to keep progressing toward our goals
In this moving, fun, and powerful workshop, I will guide you through the process of selecting your Word of the Year for 2026.
Why are we holding this workshop several weeks into 2026? Frankly, for me, 2025 had such an overwhelming amount of negative energy I wanted to make sure to allow plenty of time for all of that to dissipate and for 2026 to start itself with hopefully a much more positive energy outlook. We all need a truly fresh start!
In this workshop, we’ll:
* revisit 2025 for its best gifts and lessons
* do a ritual to release what you DON’T want to take forward into 2026
* get clear on what you are truly longing for in 2026
uncover your specific word/energy of the year
* learn tools to energize your quality and to tangibly weave it into your year ahead!
I’ll be taking you through an intuitive and spiritual process to identify the energy you need to cultivate at this juncture of your life, clear the blocks getting in the way of that, and create practical steps for bringing this energy into different aspects of your life.
You’ll leave the workshop ready to consciously create your year ahead!
