In days of darkness and uncertainty, we navigate by grounding our bodies and hearts in clarity. Word For NOW (and Maybe 2026) acknowledges our evolving needs and invites a simple practice to connect with what tends, supports, and motivates us.
In this extended Nourishing Movement class – with longer warm up and relaxation – Susan offers a simple framework for connecting with where you are, what you need and what you want to nurture. Simple guided movement to a rich, eclectic soundtrack and relaxed journaling allows you to find a word (or words) that resonate, support and encourage you.
The experience is based on the "Word of the Year" practice but provides a way to support yourself with three simple questions and a movement practice to embody it.
