Woofie’s of Grand Rapids, serving the communities of Ada, Caledonia, Cascade, Forest Hills, Grand Rapids, Lowell, and East Grand Rapids, is now offering premier pet care services for dogs, cats, birds, lizards, and other animals. It will celebrate its official launch during the Reeds Lake Run Doggie Dash event in East Grand Rapids.
WHAT and WHEN:
Woofie’s of Grand Rapids will celebrate its launch on Saturday, June 22, beginning at 8:15 a.m.
Woofie’s van will be set up near the finish line and staff will offer paw pad treatments to dogs who run the Doggie Dash race, while time and supplies permit.
A raffle will be held for premium pet dishes, plus $10.00 off their first service for those who pre-book a mobile pet spa, pet sitting, or dog walking appointment during the event.

The new Woofie’s franchise is independently owned and operated by fifth-generation Michigander Jennifer Ayers, who is making the leap from the world of corporate financial services to pet care, embracing her passion for animals.
Woofie’s pet services comprise a wide range of services including pet sitting, dog walking, grooming via its mobile pet spa, and other personalized services for area pet owners who need an extra helping hand or want to pamper their pets.
Jennifer and her husband have three cats, and Jennifer has had many different animals throughout her lifetime, including dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters and fish.
“After working in corporate financial services for many years, I decided it was time to do something different,” says Jennifer. “Buying into Woofie’s reconnected me to my love for all animals and gave me great training in CPR and pet first aid for animals.
