About this Event
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the WoodWorks Summit, the premier event in Canada dedicated to design and construction with wood and related products*.
To secure a 8x 5 exhibit booth opportunity at the WoodWorks Summit October 21 - 23, 2024, please complete your registration and payment through Eventbrite at your earliest convenience. Spaces are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. There are no holds on booth spaces.
The fee for a 8x 5 booth on Level 1 is $1,500 +HST and includes a draped 8x 5 exhibit space, a table and two chairs, and access to view the conference in our overflow hall.
There are limited booths available. Please refer to the Exhibitor Map below to see the exhibit hall layout and the location of these booths. Spaces are sold by booth number, so please purchase the 'ticket number' that corresponds with your preferred booth number / location. If your preferred booth number is not available, that means it has already been purchased by another exhibitor. A detailed exhibitor information kit will be available by September.
Please read the- Exhibitor Agreement Terms and Conditions (Canada ). You will be asked to confirm you have read and agree to the terms during registration.
* This industry event is dedicated to the advancement of wood construction through the promotion of wood products and products that facilitate the use of wood. Competing products that may displace wood are not permitted at the event. Your cooperation is appreciated.
