Woodward Lofts is a transformative 48-unit affordable housing community located in the heart of Harrisburg.
The development represents a major investment in neighborhood revitalization, transforming a long-vacant property into a vibrant residential community designed to promote stability, opportunity, and connection.
Beyond housing, the development will serve as a cornerstone for community growth, connecting residents to workforce development, financial literacy, and case management supports provided by local nonprofits and partner agencies.
With construction beginning in November 2025, Woodward Lofts is expected to welcome its first residents in 2027.
This event welcomes neighborhood residents, housing advocates, workforce and social service partners, lenders, developers, elected officials, and all who believe that housing is the foundation for community prosperity.
