About this Event
The Class of 1974 at Woodlawn High School and Southwood High School in Shreveport, La., shared more than a graduation year. We grew up together in elementary school and middle school and became lifelong friends. Join us as we celebrate these special friendships at our 50th Class Reunion. The fun takes place at Hilton Garden Inn/Homewood Suites on Old Minden Rd. in Bossier City on Saturday, July 20, 2024.
Your ticket price includes a buffet dinner. Soft drinks, beer, wine, and mixed drinks will be available at a cash bar. We'll dance the night away as a DJ plays our favorite tunes. There is no dress code for the evening, so wear what you like - from jeans to cocktail attire and anything in between.
We need your registration as early as possible so we know how much money we have to plan with. We have sold out in the past, so be sure to get your tickets early.
- Early registration is $65 plus fees per person through September 22, 2023, or until they are all sold. There are only 30 early registration tickets available. The reduced ticket price is an incentive designed to provide the planning committee with the funds needed to pay for deposits and our initial expenses.
- Standard registration is $80 plus fees per person through June 25, 2024, or until we are sold out.
- Late registration is $90 plus fees per person and will be available through July 9, 2024, if seats are still available.
- Hail Mary Registration is $105 plus fees per person and will be available through July 15, 2024, if seats are still available.
- If there are seats available after reserved ticket sales end, admission at the door will be $120 per person cash (no checks, no credit cards, no invoices). And because we have to turn in a count to the banquet team in advance, your $120 per person admission at the door will not include the dinner, so admission will not be available until 7:30 p.m. If we are sold out, there will be NO tickets for sale at the door, so don't wait! Please share this information with as many people as you can. You don't have to be a member of the class of 1974 to attend the reunion. Anyone is welcome. We also have a block of rooms set aside for those who would like to spend the night at Hilton/Homewood. Please consider this option, especially if you plan to be drinking that night. We don't want anyone driving impaired! The nice folks at Hilton/Homewood have reserved a block of rooms for us for the nights of Friday, July 19, 2024, and Saturday, July 20, 2024.

NOTICE: NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE IS ALLOWED IN THE BANQUET SPACE. Per our contract with Hilton/Homewood, anyone who brings in outside food or beverage will incur a charge of $25 times the number of event attendees.
