Woodlands Serenity - Sat 13 Sep Our first ‘Forest Therapy’ Day Retreat was a happy and beautiful day of movement, connection with nature and with each other in outdoor serenity.
We had amazing feedback on the day and are excited to share our 2nd wellness day retreat: Woodland Serenity, Sat 13th Sep
We will again incorporate Pilates movement, time outdoors in nature to enjoy the expansive gardens, pine forest and picturesque dam, good food, introspective discussion time for you to breathe, reflect and find space and beauty to feel invigorated and to connect with others and to breathe.
Pilates on the day is suitable for beginners. There will be two sessions designed to energize and uplift your mood. Your second session of the day will leave you feeling stretched, relaxed and calm. Pilates is low impact movement that is suitable for everybody and every body.
The day is all about ‘time for you’… a bubble of tranquility and beauty to elevate your spirits, to be seen, heard, held and understood and to feel nourished by nature, good food and community.
