Woodland Women's CircleA special event where we come together to share, listen and connect with nature, ourselves and each other.
Spring Awakening is a set of 3 Women's Circles linked by the season. You are welcome to come to just one or two, but we do encourage joining all three circles if possible as we create a strong community of women, coming together regularly to build a safe, supportive, familiar group to unwind, recharge, and find inspiration within each other.
Whether you're seeking solace, friendship, or simply a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life, the Woodland Women's Circle is a wonderful opportunity to nurture your mind, body, and soul. Our focus is on listening deeply and hearing with open hearts.
Our themes are guided by the cycle of nature:
March 20th 6pm-7:30pm Renewal - Celebrating the Spring Equinox
April 17th 6pm-7:30pm A Breath of Fresh Air - Noticing the Small Things
May 8th 6pm-7:30pm Be Revitalised - Aspirations For a Fruitful Year
(This will be followed in June onwards by another 3 sessions: Summer Of Self Love. Then Autumn of Acceptance and Winter of Restfulness. More to come on those nearer the time!)
Once we are all seated in our fire circle we will take a few moments to connect with the space and focus our minds and our breath on the present moment with mindful tea drinking which is provided for you.
A theme for the circle is introduced and you will have opportunity to share your story or your thoughts if you choose to. Or just enjoy being in the space and listening. There is no pressure and no expectation.
Our circle closes with a fire ceremony and moments of reflection.
We listen to each other with kindness and respect and ask that anything shared is not taken out of the circle by others or repeated elsewhere. This is a safe space.
Our circle opens at 6pm, so please do allow yourself time to park up in the private woodland car park and walk down to join us.
When you arrive at the parking area (please look out for the directions and parking information which you will receive in your booking confirmation) there is a ten minute walk along a woodland path to our fire circle, this gives you chance to slow down, breathe and leave any stress behind as the woodland supports and holds you in it's calming atmosphere.
