BOOKING IS ESSENTIALThis is our flagship 6 week programme of nature based wellbeing for people and planet.
For people who would like to improve their mental, physical, emotional health through the proven benefit of spending time in nature with others.
We will teach you nature connection practices to resource you to manage your wellbeing and self care.
This is not a group therapy session. You will be encouraged to come into the present moment and enter into an invitational and timeless space. This will support you to deal with life’s challenges with more resilience.
This programme consists of a weekly 3 hour group session, over 6 weeks, delivered at Tehidy North Cliffs Campsite. Booking is for all 6 sessions. Full commitment is essential.
These sessions will contain a variety of nature connection practices, fire making, movement, solo and group activities, creativity, plant and wildlife knowledge and reflective opportunities to improve connection to yourself, others and the natural world.
By signing up and attending our regular sessions you will get the full benefits of nature connection for well-being. We follow the 5-pathways to Nature Connection created from research by the University of Derby. These are proven to enhance emotional wellbeing through creation of reciprocal relationships between humans and nature. You will come away with a deepening relationship with yourself, others and the natural world.
THESE SESSIONS ARE NOT FREE.
We have full or partially funded spaces available for anyone that needs them. Please discuss your needs with us. We aim to keep our sessions affordable and inclusive.
If you can afford to, paying for your space supports others to take part and helps Nature Connects be more financially sustainable in the future.
