Well here we are at this glorious time of equal length, of light and dark, day and night and from here in the UK we begin the decent into the darker months, but it doesn't have to feel all doom and gloom. Personally I love this time. The moment when life gets a little slower and enables me to feel my entirety of emotions. A place many of us, just don't want to hang out. But into the dark I go, where I shine my light, cast my shadows, and find those lost parts of myself that are ready to show themselves to be healed. This is time for me, time for deep self care, and for inviting those who want to come with me on the journey.
