Wellbeing means different things for different people. This special event is all about trying different activities to promote holistic wellbeing. We will take a sensory walk to a special location, where we will have some time Forest Bathing. After the Forest Bathing we will unlock our creativity with some natural art. There will be time to reflect on the different activities and share our experiences (or not). Please bring something to sit on (a yoga mat is perfect) and a jumper, cardigan or small blanket as there will be periods of stillness, and even in warm weather the body can get cold. A bottle of water is advisable.Thanks to National Heritage Lottery fund, this event is supported by the Kent Downs National Landscape as part of the Cross Channel Geopark's GeoDiversity project.
