We will work with Ceremonial Cacao which helps to release ‘feel good’ hormones and endorphins. It can be useful in reducing stress, improving mental agility and improving blood flow.
We will drink the cacao plant medicine together consciously in ceremony, as a beautiful dark and rich warm drink connecting with the energy of mother cacao and working with gratitude and manifestation to bring about our hopes and wishes.
The Gongs, chimes, bowls and other instruments help us to achieve a much deeper state of meditation than can be experienced using other methods. Perfect for those new to meditation or those with experience.
The Gong produces every sound frequency within and beyond our hearing range so it is impossible for the conscious mind to analyse. As a result the mind is forced to shut down its chatter and become still.
Typically, the listeners heart rate slows, blood pressure drops and breath is restored to its natural rhythym
The Process
You'll make yourself comfortable on your yoga mat, swaddled in your blanket or duvet. We will begin with breathwork, grounding and then share ceremonial cacao. This will lead into a guided meditation where you will work with Mama Cacao and finally we move into the Sound bath where you will be bathed in the vibrations of Singing Bowls, Gongs, chimes and other instruments.

Doors open 7.05pm for 7.15pm start
Come dressed for comfort and bring a yoga mat and blankets for under cushioning and for over you a duvet or sleeping bag and pillow. It can get cold when you are lying still.
