About this Event
Use the laser to create your own Santa and Reindeer cutout. You will start with a 3mm piece of plywood and laser out each piece. To save time, some will already be lasered so you don't have to wait. It does take about 45 minutes to laser each set.
Using your crafting skills, you'll be able to paint the pieces however you desire. Spray paint it, glitter it, paint it different colors, the possibilities are endless and you'll have fun while creating it. The entire set is about 6 inches tall and 18 inches long.
The Fab Lab at Lake Michigan College is an open access digital fabrication studio and collaborative workshop. We provide access to information, tools, software and space for anyone who has an interest to learn and create. The Fab Lab provides open access to design software, laser cutters, 3D printers, vinyl cutters, sewing machines, mini-lathes, woodshop, CNC router (ShopBot) and hand tools.
