About this Event
Used as a mulch, woodchip can help retain moisture, reduce W**d numbers and even fight plant disease.
Woodchip can also build soil health and shift the fungal:bacterial ratio in soil.
You can even produce your own propagation compost and hot bed using woodchip. It might even help in our efforts to combat climate change.
Ben Raskin, Head of Horticulture at the Soil Association, will share some of the latest research and grower experience from his new book “The Woodchip Handbook”.
Tickets via eventbrite - available from 12 Jan (earlier to members - see email in your inbox)
