Whether you’re a beginner or advanced cook, young or mature — wonton wrappers always deliver dumpling joy. But you can do more with them than just make wontons!
In this class, you’ll make the most of your purchase and time by crafting a dumpling-centric meal to gobble ASAP or to use for meal prep!
You’ll get all the recipes and choose to make two fillings during class. I’ll coach you how to fill, shape and cook the dumplings like a pro. We’ll share and compare results and techniques with others from all over the world!

What to expect:
- Online platform: Zoom, with recordings for playback for all registrants
- Ingredients: Most ingredients for this class are available at mainstream supermarkets. Asian market or online shopping is minimal.
- Equipment: Basic home kitchen equipment. Nothing fancy or exotic is required. A Chinese steam is helpful but there's a workaround.
- Class materials: After registering, you’ll get a downloadable PDF containing all recipes, Zoom information, plus pointers on shopping, equipment, and prep.
- Zoom class link: You will get an email reminder on the day of the class with the link too!
