Event policy's
Our event follows the "Leave no Trace" policy we ask all attendees to please make sure you take your camp rubbish home with you if you brought it out you have room to take it home and please make sure to use the appropriate bins provided around the event and on the dance floors
No glass allowed at the event please decant all liquids into plastics bottles, gate staff will be searching cars on entrance for any glass items.
Consent and respect, Wonderland is a safe space for all and we ask all our attendees to have respect for other people their property and for yourselves do not touch someone or their property without their consent No means No.
No Aggressive behaviour, anyone displaying such behaviour will be escorted from the event by security immediately
Ticket refunds, Refunds on tickets are only available in the event that the festival is cancelled or postponed.

P.S. Costumes are encouraged and we will crown best dressed on the Saturday night just before sundown, the winner will receive free entry to all Mad Hatterz events big or small up to and including next years Wonderland ??
