The darker, colder days make for wonderful opportunities to turn inward—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Yin yoga is a slow, grounding practice that helps to calm the nervous system and bring awareness to the body-mind connection.Yin yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the fascia, ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that are not normally exercised very much and can help accelerate our ability to heal.
