Wonder Womban Day Retreat

Welcome to the All Day Wonder Womban Retreat!
We designed this retreat to explore the blessings and challenges of womanhood, empower women from all walks and phases of life, and heal with authentic, heart based ceremonies.
This retreat is MEANT FOR YOU if… you wish to spark your creativity, release stagnant energies, strengthen an abundance mindset, experience more joy, feel more connected to Source, and build genuine connections with other women.
This all day transformational experience will include:
A sacred Cacao Ceremony to open up our hearts for true connection.
A Shamanic Journey for the integration of the many aspects of womanhood.
A Sound Bath for soothing the mind, body, and heart.
A Reiki Healing for embodying our Highest Self.
We invite you to embrace this opportunity for self-discovery as you learn how to access and balance your Sacral Chakra while also cultivating community through group Mandala building and other activities.
Activate the Wonder Womban within and lead a life with love and harmony.
HOW TO PREPARE
Please drink plenty of water before the event and dress comfortably in layers. We encourage you to refrain from eating for two hours before the event or eat lighter if needed. We invite you to bring water, a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow to ensure you feel completely relaxed and comfortable during the event. We will also have chairs available. Please bring a collection of items from nature you would like to contribute to the community mandala such as flowers, petals, leaves, shells, dried beans, rocks, crystals, feathers, or any other creative materials that spark your joy and creativity (your items will be returned to you at the end). You may also wish to bring an eye mask, journal and pen. We will take a break for lunch, so please feel free to bring your lunch or visit one of the many surrounding restaurants. If you bring your lunch, be sure to pack it on ice. There will not be a refrigerator or microwave. Snacks will be available throughout but you may also want to bring your own. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled.

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS

Jacquelyn “Jax” Carr is a co-founder of Everything Reiki. She is an Usui Reiki- Master Teacher and Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner. She completed her coaching training through Wisdom of the Whole Academy and is certified in Seraphim Blueprint Healing. Jax has worked with Tarot Cards since her early teen years and applies her intuition with the traditional symbolism of the cards to provide empowering readings. She has a deep respect for Shamanism and the ancient healing practices of Mayan and Egyptian civilizations. She is a gridworker and is drawn to sacred sites and various places on the Earth which have brought her to Marseille, France and battlefields throughout the United States. In addition to her holistic studies, she earned her Bachelors in the Science of Nursing and a Bachelors in the Art of Elementary Education from Rhode Island College. She blends her knowledge of Western medicine and how we learn with her approaches to energy healing. Most recently, she is nurturing a strong connection to working with women through all stages of their motherhood journey. She believes we can do better as a society to show up for women as they embark on one of the most significant spiritual initiations one can experience.
Jessica Xavier enjoys serving as a catalyst for others to embody their true essence. She is the co-founder of Everything Reiki where she offers 1:1 Reiki sessions and teaches in-person and online classes. Jessica has practiced Reiki since 2015 and was taught by Reiki Master Teachers, Sherry Kachanis and Christine Johnston. Jessica earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Addiction Studies from Rhode Island College. She is trained and certified in Neuro-Linguisitc Programming (NLP), Soul Realignment, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Seraphim Blueprint healing, and Shamanic Reiki. Jessica is passionate about astrology, real estate, and traveling to ancient sacred sites.

Amy Schenck, Founder of Ocean State Reiki, is a Registered Nurse with a national board certification in holistic health. She is a Usui Reiki Master-Teacher honored to be a student of Gladys Ellen. Amy is also a Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner honored to be a student of Marg Tudino. She has completed a mentorship working with ceremonial cacao with Alexa Iya Soro and a 10 week in depth cacao training with The Mayan Wisdom Project. Amy has worked closely with Reiki and ceremonial cacao in her own journey of remembering her divine essence and has felt called to share this medicine with others. Her goal in each event is to create a sacred container allowing you to relax into a shift in perception away from false beliefs about our inherent worth and towards a deeper knowing of our collective alignment with pure Love. She believes in the power of healing in community. Amy hosts classes and events all around RI and parts of MA. She also see clients individually at Sage Healing Collaborative in East Providence, RI. Kendra Sheehan, Founder of Intune Energy, is passionate about using Sound Healing and Reiki to assist others in their healing journey through the power of life force energy, sound, vibration, and frequency. She believes that everyone has the ability to heal themselves, sometimes we just need someone to walk alongside us during the journey. True healing occurs when we address the root cause of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances. Her goal is to help you tap into your inner wisdom and access your own innate healing abilities. Kendra is a certified Sound Healer & Usui Reiki Master Practitioner who does one-on-one sound healing and reiki sessions in Barrington, RI as well as group events at various venues throughout RI.
