Wonder Wall Workshop with Amanda White

Join Amanda White at MISSION YOGA for a yoga workshop designed mostly on the wall. We will dive into alignment and key muscle engagement techniques to help correct bad habits or help you feel poses in a whole new Wonderful way.

Students will walk away with a better understanding of chosen poses and how to engage their bodies to help avoid injury and strengthen the supporting muscles.

This workshop is for all levels and great for beginners.
