If you’ve ever felt exhausted from holding it all together
If you live with chronic stress, tension, or even with autoimmune conditions
If talk therapy isn’t creating the shifts you want within yourself
If you are tired of the bull-shit, but don’t know what to do about it…
this practice may offer the cathartic relief and connection your body is craving.
In this intimate gathering, I’ll hold a safe and brave space for you to explore the raw, powerful energies of grief, rage, and sensuality—not to fix or suppress them, but to honor and express them through the body.
We’ll engage in a somatic ritual called Swamping, shared by Mama Gena, where movement, sound, and embodiment help us release what we’ve been taught to hold in.
We weren’t meant to carry this alone. Rituals and womyn’s cirlce can be the contain to tap into our innate and divine power.
Limited to 6 women, female identifying, transwomen, or non-binary individuals.
