As we enter the Yin-most season of the year, this first circle is an invitation to step into a space for those who are longing for meaningful connection with like-hearted women. Winter is a time of darkness, let’s harness this energy to turn inward and acknowledge ourselves, give space for self-gratitude, self-recognition, and beginning to hear the quiet voice under all the noise.In our circle, tools such as guided meditation, acupressure, essential oils, and breathwork will serve to deepen the experience. Gently and in honor of meeting each of us as we are, I will lead the group through this time grounded in my 20 plus years of healing experience. We gather not with expectations, but with openness to receive.
