Part 1: Women’s Wildsong workshopPower, pleasure & play… no experience needed. 12 spots. $85.
Part 2: Men’s Wildsong (Nov 7)
Part 3: Sacred Union | Heart Coherence through Sound (Date tbc - for all relationships, couples, family, self)
Your voice is as unique as your finger print. Your body is an intricately designed instrument and we can all sing!
Every one of our ancestors sang around fires, sang to the water, sang for healing, for celebration, for work, for passing on wisdom. It’s time we remembered the powerful connection, vitality and inspiration that singing brings into our hearts, homes, kids and communities.
Our voice is not only designed for expression, for song, it is an incredibly powerful self healing tool and a creative instrument that delivers your souls greatest gifts to the world, and delivers your truth in unflinching, self respecting, compassionate wisdom.
This Vocal liberation workshop is an invitation to discover, explore, expand your love for yourself, your voice & your intuitive connection to your body & multi dimensional reality.
Here’s some of the technical aspects:
- Understanding your instrument
- Vocal range
- Projection & power
- Vocal colour, texture, treble & base
- Authentic expression
- Channeling sound & song
- Voice as a chakra balancing tool for self & others
And some of the energetic aspects:
- Unmasking & best friending yourself
- Embracing imperfection & uniqueness
- Activating a new ancestral story
- Energy clearing for kids
- Sound as a vibrational portal to nature & the cosmic conversation within & around us.
The workshop is as powerful as it is playful. It’s an introduction & no singing experience is required! It is a vulnerable space we’re playing in & you will be held in tender, respectful & cheeky care.
I get it!! I’ve been in some cringey places in front of a mic & felt crippling self judgement & anxiety. Which is why I share this work. It’s worth it for the freedom that lies just through the other side of fear.
Cacao & dance to finish
Bring snacks & water.
