60 minutes of intentional movement on the Paul Bunyan Trail in Nisswa, MN
Ladies, this one is for us!
We leave Just Juice in downtown Nisswa at 9:30. We set a timer for 30 minutes and walk as far as we can. Once the timer goes off, we turn around. Everyone walks at their own pace!
Kids and strollers welcome
Dogs on leashes welcome
Weighted vests welcome
Awkwardness welcome
