Join is for a six week Women’s Wellness Art therapy group exploring all things WOMAN! We will be processing things like work/life balance, imposter syndrome, coping mechanisms, spirituality, self care, and support systems. This is an open studio group meaning that we will be utilizing all kinds of art materials including acrylic paint, watercolors, colored pencils, jewelry making, glass mosaic, textiles and more! No artistic experience needed! Just an open mind and an open heart!!
