Women’s Sound Bath Meditation + Community Circle
For women who learned to stay connected by disappearing into themselves. This practice invites you to gently listen to what got buried when you left yourself behind to stay loved. When needs felt dangerous, wanting became “too much,” and caretaking replaced true connection—you learned to dim your light.
Together we’ll listen for the flickers of longing that remain and reclaim your body, needs, and truth.
We’ll practice:
🖤 Presence in the Body – returning to felt intelligence, the site of suppression and restoration
🖤 Presence in Emotion – naming and validating what was bypassed for love
🖤 Presence in Community – belonging without caretaking or performance
Expect a restorative sound bath attuned to your own frequency, and a trauma-informed circle where reflection, silence, or sharing are all honored.
