We’re inviting 30 women to participate in a powerful, hands-on Self-Defense Workshop led by Arelis Colon with Mean Girls Self Defense. Arelis is a certified Level One Instructor specializing in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, teaching real-world skills that will help you feel strong, safe, and confident.
