One major goal of mine is to offer training that is not only practical, but retainable. A single workshop or seminar is a great experience to open someone’s eyes or provide exposure to the concepts and techniques, but due to the lack of time and repetition there is less carryover of the skills that are covered. I want more women to gain the skills and techniques I share and feel confident that they know how to be prepared on the street!
This self defense camp will be a deep dive into the mindset, concepts and techniques of practical self defense. Understanding conflict recognition and avoidance, situational awareness (not paranoia), methods to deter potential threats, preparedness, when and how to act, taking action vs reaction, EDC tools/considerations, hands on techniques to stop an attack, plus much more!
This is a series of 4 classes over the span of 4 weeks, 1x per week. Each class will be approx. 1.5 hours. Totaling roughly 6 hours of training!
