Dragons Lair is excited to share and invite you to join our FREE Women’s Only Intro to Jiu-Jitsu Class with our female instructor, Mindy!
This class is designed to introduce women to the art of Jiu-Jitsu in a positive, encouraging, and beginner-friendly environment.
Learn the basics of Jiu-Jitsu, build confidence, and experience the strength that comes from training alongside an amazing community of women. No experience needed! Just bring a positive attitude and come ready to move!
When: Saturday, November 8th
Time: 9:30-11am
Dress code: athletic leggings or shorts, and a t-shirt or tank top.
