Ladies, when was the last time you gave yourself permission to just be?
Join us at the Sherwood Community
Centre for an evening dedicated to you. This is a sacred, non-judgmental space to explore your emotions, find stillness through mindfulness, and journal away what no longer serves your heart. 🌿

What to Expect:
• Mindfulness Session: Ground yourself in the present moment.
• Safe Expression: Share and explore feelings without criticism.

• Connection: A closing conversation on our best takeaways.

To keep this space intimate and impactful, we are strictly limited to 15 women.

Naomi Beckl is an accredited Elite Life Coach IAPC&M as well a mindfulness practitioner. She will be honesting this event where everyone has a chance to share their feelings and emotions freely without feeling judged or criticised. This women's circle has been created to charge and let go of no longer serving us well and gain clarity and gratitude into our heart.
