The womb space is the center of our creativity, using these diverse modalities we will explore the body, mind, and spirit. The womb is often referred to as a woman's second heart, the heart and the uterus communicate with each other via the "bao mai" which literally translates to “uterus vessel”.
Weaving together the medicine of each woman’s intention and the voice of our collective wombs, a powerful healing journey is created that serves to clear energetic debris that no longer serves us, connect deeply within and invite a nourishing dose of intuition, love and abundance into the womb space.
Womb Steaming involves boiling water in a pot, allowing the water to cool to a comfortable temperature, then sitting over the pot so that the steam can reach the yoni, womb and pelvic area. The water is infused with herbs to enhance the healing qualities of the steam.
It is a practice that women developed all around the world thousands of years ago for postpartum care and treating gynecological concerns.
When women gather to seat in circle together, we heal all women who came before us, and all those who come after us. We awaken our True Feminen Power within us. We sing mantras, we pray together connecting our source of creativity and we ground our manifestations!
